Job description

We are looking for an energetic warehouse worker to assist with all daily tasks of inventory production. Training will be provided in all areas. You will package, load, and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles. You will select products from the warehouse, package products, load and secure goods to pallets, and move inventory to delivery area. You will unload stock from delivery vehicles, and transport to and store in designated warehouse positions. You will keep your work environment clean, and organized, follow routine tasks given by department lead, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.


To ensure success you will need to be reliable and follow instructions, and perform in an orderly, fast-paced environment. This is a great entry level position with a great company.


You will be responsible for:

  • Assist with daily production of stock products and any additional custom orders
  • Quality control
  • Routine daily maintenance of machines
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Accepting delivery of inventory
  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
  • Communicating errors to relevant parties
  • Marking and labeling stock
  • Storing inventory in accessible manner
  • Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
  • Building loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
  • Completes reports by entering required information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

You have the following skills & experience:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Production or warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet production requirements
  • Must be able to lift 60+ pounds and stand for 8 hours daily
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of routine machine maintenance and operation
  • Ability to operate forklift (Preferred)
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and be e-verified.


Hours:

Monday-Thursday 1:30pm - 12:00am


Salary:

$20.00 per hour
