ECMS operates globally in 15 countries with approximately 20 production sites and over 4,000 employees.
Product/User Experience Manager, BASF Metals LLC, Iselin, NJ. Create UX concepts including task analyses, storyboards, and use cases to streamline user flows. Build wireframes using Figma and develop solutions based on user feedback from prototypes. Conduct market research, develop product roadmap, and monitor the competitive landscape by updating and maintaining the competitor database. Apply technical writing skills to update and standardize technical manuals to align with current practices. Perform system-related tasks, including updating critical product information. Translate Mandarin Chinese support materials and facilitating clear communication across teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.$122,824/yr. Standard company benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Linguistics, Content Strategy, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field, and six (6) months of related work experience.
Must have experience or knowledge with/in:
  • Technical writing;
  • Translating technical materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa;
  • Using Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics and cleaning data using Python and R;
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and CapCut for designing infographics, social media graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns;
  • Developing strategic marketing communication plans;
  • Using design tools such as Figma and SquareLine Studio;
  • Managing social media campaigns in Mandarin for product launches and industry events; and
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) and content strategy for digital marketing to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.

Must be fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and translating Mandarin.
Up to 20% domestic and international travel may be required.
100% Telecommuting permitted.
