Are you interested in taking on responsibility for the business management of projects ranging from $1 million to $4 billion? Would you like to play a key role in forecasting and accounting practices? If so, Kiewit is looking for individuals who can make a meaningful impact on our company culture every day.
The Finance Analyst is an entry-level operational finance role focused on supporting construction projects in accounting, finance, and operations-related functions. Each project runs like a small business, with the Finance Analyst responsible for critical tasks such as cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and compliance. This position will develop expertise in executing processes and utilizing tools related to various cost and revenue components, including labor, construction equipment, materials, and subcontracts. The Finance Analyst will also play an integral role in the month-end close process and assist with preparing financial reporting packages for project management.
At Kiewit, the scale of our operations is vast. Our construction and engineering projects span the United States, Canada, and Mexico, improving and connecting communities with every initiative. We depend on our high-performing operations support professionals - they are the glue that holds multiple areas of the business together and the catalysts that make things happen. A majority of our work is concentrated in Colorado, Tennessee, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Montana. In addition, we partner with many of our sister districts who have work in the surrounding states such as Texas, Kentucky, and Louisiana. Our projects are located in both large cities and small towns, so our people must be willing to go where the work is. Job assignment location will be determined closer to your start date. Must be able to travel and relocate as business requires.
