Job description

The role of a Production Operator is integral to the manufacturing process, contributing to the successful production of automotive components while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Objectives:

Work on the line to perform tasks related to production of automotive components. Follow standardized work procedures and assembly instructions.

Operate machinery and tools necessary for the production process.

Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

Conduct quality checks on the finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.

Identify and address any deviations from quality requirements.

Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or the assembly process.

Install and fit various components to specifications.

Handle and move materials, parts, and tools efficiently within the production area.

Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.

Record and maintain accurate documentation related to production activities.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Skills & Experience:

Hands-On Experience: Practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, either through internships, co-op programs, or entry-level positions.
