Responsibilities or job duties:

  • Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, speed, tension, and material flow
  • Load raw materials and ensure proper mixing, feeding, and handling throughout the production process.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion and winding machines.
  • Ability to read measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
  • Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
