What will you do? Make an impact!
Join a team that plays a critical role in safe and efficient waste processing operations. As a Drum Processing Operator, you'll help manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support recycling and disposal operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with industrial experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining a safe, organized workplace.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Load and unload incoming waste streams and outbound shipments of drummed materials.
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures to support a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Support production schedules and drum processing operations to help meet daily quotas and shipment needs.
  • Monitor and maintain inventories of drums, filters, absorbents, soil, and other materials.
  • Track drum counts and inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with management.
  • Keep work areas, equipment, buildings, and collection systems clean and inspection-ready.
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to support shipments, repairs, and equipment needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 months of related experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
  • Oil and waste processing industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English, and work the assigned schedule on-site.
