Location: Minnetonka, MN
Duration: 6 Month
Shift: 8AM - 5PM
100% On-Site
Job Description:
  • Apply technical skills and understanding of business objectives, manufacturing operations, and company dynamics to support manufacturing engineering activities.
  • Lead and execute complex technical tasks related to manufacturing engineering.
  • Identify and anticipate key issues; recommend solutions where precedent may not exist.
  • Utilize creative thinking and new approaches for problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with peers for review of task direction, validation, and verification activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support line capacity expansion activities
  • Perform equipment qualification and process validation
  • Execute existing validation protocols
  • Write reports (test method reports, qualification reports)
  • Support document release through quality systems
  • Work closely with manufacturing operations and equipment
Work Environment:
  • 70% time in cleanroom (gowned environment)
  • 30% time in office (documentation work)
  • Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or related field
