Position Overview:

Seeking professional and dependable security personnel to support operations at a high-profile private corporate campus and associated properties in Bentonville Arkansas. Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive monitoring, access control, patrol operations, and emergency response coordination. This is a 24/7 operation requiring continuous staffing coverage; applicants must be willing to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Full time and part time positions available.ย 

Security Operations Center (SOC) Responsibilities

  • Monitor a large-scale camera surveillance system covering multiple facilities and propertiesย 
  • Verify and authorize vendors, contractors, guests, and deliveries entering secured areasย 
  • Coordinate and communicate emergency response efforts during incidents, alarms, and inclement weatherย 
  • Monitor intrusion detection and residential alarm systemsย 
  • Maintain detailed incident reports, logs, and communication recordsย 
  • Provide real-time situational awareness and support for on-site security personnel ย ย ย ย ย 

Patrol Officer Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine patrols of corporate and residential propertiesย 
  • Inspect access control points, gates, fencing, and perimeter security measuresย 
  • Respond ย to alarms, suspicious activity, emergencies, and service callsย 
  • Monitor interior/exterior properties and ensure facilities remain secure and free of unauthorized accessย

Garage Security Officer Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol multi-level parking facilities associated with the campusย 
  • Enforce ย access control procedures for secured office buildings and parking areasย 
  • Deter trespassing, loitering, and suspicious activity within garage facilitiesย 
  • Assist ย employees and visitors with safety and security concernsย 
  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence during public access hoursย 

Requirements
