This is a contract opportunity only. Anritsu Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support inspection and handling of precision-fabricated thin film components. This role requires strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with delicate ceramic or glass parts in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform visual inspection of fabricated parts using microscopes
  • Inspect components for defects, contamination, or quality issues
  • Handle fragile ceramic and glass devices using tweezers and precision tools
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Record inspection results and report defects when identified
  • Maintain clean and organized work area while following quality standards
  • This position will be reporting to the Fab Supervisor based in Morgan Hill.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred
  • Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
  • Ability to handle small, delicate components with care and precision
  • Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is a plus
