Job description

Full-Time Position Onsite (M-F)

Shift: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Range: $50k-$55k

We are looking for a passionate Microbiologist to join our team! This is an entry level position. A biology/microbiology degree or at least one year of relevant experience working in the field of microbiology is required. You will be responsible for performing quality control laboratory testing to support the release of products that the company manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests including endotoxin (LAL), particulate analysis, bioburden, water, and other general microbiological testing.
  • Login samples to the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
  • Generate raw data/control forms
  • Prepare samples for routine testing and analysis
  • Properly record results for further analysis and easy reference
  • Monitor inventory samples and supplies
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Previous experience as a microbiologist/laboratory technician is preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO, USP, cGMP, GDP, FDA regulations is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
