Job description

Must have Qualifications:
  • 8+ / 16+ years of overall work experience preferably in hardware supply chain and supporting analytics
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing complex supply chain projects, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or logistics sectors
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience or professional qualification
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g. PMP / Prince) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is preferrable
  • Proficiency in project management and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, MS Project,)

Key Competencies and skills:
  • Proven track record in project leadership with global supply chain partners, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • High data acumen, especially in supply chain related data, data warehousing concepts, and application of AI .
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding about Supply Chain processes, Eg: especially SC Execution & Visualization areas
  • Good understanding of data visibility and decision making process
  • Able to emphasis on key points in a conversation, and effectively convince through articulation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at leading diverse teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Connected Supply Chain management system
  • Manage complex supply chain transformation programs from initiation through closure while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.
  • Establish project governance structures, communication plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Definition of program deliverables and stakeholder alignment around those deliverables during the mobilization phase
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making through effective communication and structured problem-solving.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and benefits realization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across global regions and business units.
  • Enhance supply chain visibility through data-driven solutions, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.
  • Support the development of decision-support tools that enable proactive planning and risk management.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, supply chain teams, product groups, technology organizations, and external vendors to deliver transformational outcomes.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop KPI frameworks to measure and monitor transformation outcomes against defined business metrics.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, and analytics solutions exposure is an added advantage.
  • Experience in implementing robust, scalable data models and transformation pipelines to enable reliable reporting, advanced analytics, and enterprise-grade decision support.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and BI visualization tools to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $150,000 a year
