Project-Based Merchandiser (Direct Hire)

Location:ย Eugene, OR

Rate of Pay:ย $20.50/hr (OT Available)

Schedule:ย Full-Time | 3rd Shift (Sundayโ€“Thursday)

Are you looking for a high-impact, hands-on project to kickstart your year? We are seeking motivated individuals for aย Direct Hire Merchandising Projectย in Eugene, OR. This is a dedicated, short-term engagementโ€”perfect for those who enjoy active work and seeing a project through from start to finish.

Project Overview
  • Duration:ย Minimum of 14-16 weeks.

  • Shift:ย 8-hour overnight shifts (typicallyย 10:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM). Hours may vary slightly depending on the specific project phase.

  • Entry-Level:ย No previous experience required! We provide all the necessary training.

  • Work with Friends:ย Since this is a team-based project, we encourage friends or family members to apply together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fixture Logistics:ย Assembling new sales floor fixtures and dismantling existing ones.

  • Store Transformation:ย Moving basic and complex fixtures and installing basic electronic equipment (no programming or setup involved).

  • Merchandising:ย Setting products according to modular guidelines and performing counter detailing.

  • Inventory Flow:ย Relocating excess merchandise to designated store areas.
