ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an entry level account representative for Cindy Kleinkopf Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
This is an entry level position. Training and licensing will be involved. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
