  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
  • Location: Appleton, WI
  • Pay: $17.00/hour PLUS uncapped bonuses – you control your pay! (Averaging $60-85,000 yearly, with top performers earning over $100k)
  • Meet at our office and ride with your team in a company vehicle to residential communities, where you will bring the advertisement straight to our homeowners

What you will be doing:

  • Arriving daily at our office
  • Attending a daily meeting with the team, leads, and manager discussing the day’s plan and yesterday’s results
  • Approaching homeowners in the community and speaking with them about their windows and patio doors, promoting our products and services, and delivering interactive presentations
  • Setting appointments for our sales representatives to provide in-home demonstrations

What we are looking for:

  • Professional, outgoing & friendly personalities with strong work ethics and a drive to succeed
  • Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while still being a part of a great team
  • Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, political canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary
  • Past experience as a Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, or a related field is a PLUS, but not necessary
  • Servers and Bartenders encouraged to apply - do what you love while being outside with stable hours!
  • Must be comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods of time and be able to work outside in various environments and conditions
