A Rare Chance to Work on a National Platform Right Here in Phoenix

If you’ve got audio chops, this is the opportunity of a lifetime. We’re not just another podcast. The Kim Komando Show is a nationally syndicated tech radio show heard on over 510 stations, SiriusXM, podcasts and streaming platforms, reaching millions every week. And guess what? We’re based right here in Phoenix.

This is the job if you want to level up your career in broadcast and podcasting without leaving the Valley.

About Kim Komando

Kim Komando is America’s most trusted tech expert, radio host, podcaster and digital lifestyle guru. Her award-winning show is a one‑stop shop for the latest in tech, gadgets, cybersecurity and digital know‑how. Her audience spans radio, SiriusXM, Fox News, USA Today, The Daily Mail and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the Wheatstone control boards and keep studio audio humming, live and remote
  • Edit like a pro: clean, trim, balance, sweeten and optimize every second
  • Format shows for SiriusXM, Westwood On, and podcast platforms with perfect ad timing
  • Manage and monitor studio recordings, live broadcasts and remote sessions
  • Collaborate with the video team to sync sound with visuals across platforms
  • Organize and maintain your audio kingdom: backups, libraries, firmware and more
  • Troubleshoot issues fast because dead air is never an option
Who You Are
  • You have real audio experience. This isn’t an entry‑level gig
  • You’ve worked in a broadcast or podcast studio and know your way around Adobe Audition or similar
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked live radio before. You know the pace, the pressure and how to thrive in it
  • You’re a master of detail and audio quality with a sharp ear and quick reflexes
  • You know signal flow, live board operation and how to make things sound great
  • You’re organized, reliable and ready to be part of something big
