Job description

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated PMO Coordinator to join our talented team. In this role, you will assist the PMO team with scheduling, logistics, and communications to support the smooth delivery of training programs, events, and daily PMO operations.

What you'll do:

     Perform general administrative tasks for the PMO team, including scheduling, document management, and internal communication support.

     Coordinate all logistics for project management training sessions (e.g., food and beverage, signage, materials, meet-and-greets, classroom setup, etc.)

     Develop detailed weekly and daily agendas for all training sessions based on the master schedule.

     Manage calendar invites for all training activities, including curriculum blocks, 1:1 mentor meetings, room reservations, and guest lists.

     Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications as requested.

     Track and maintain logs, checklists, and other recurring documentation related to PMO activities.

     Monitor and manage inventory of supplies for training sessions and other PMO events.

     Communicate effectively with our PMO staff and training groups.

     Support travel planning and logistics for PMO-related events, site visits, and trainings.

     Maintain and organize electronic files and shared resources for accessibility and version control.

     Prepare and submit monthly expense reports in Chrome River for multiple team members.

     Provide administrative support for Aldridge corporate events and meetings.

     Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the PMO.

Who you are:

     1-3 years of experience. 

     Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or another related field.

     Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

     Comfortable working with all levels of staff and management.

     High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

     Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, etc.)

     Experience with graphic or visual design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

     Flexibility to work occasional early mornings or late hours to support training schedules.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between 65,000 - 80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
