Responsibilities:

Collect blood and other specimens from patients using established phlebotomy techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Greet patients warmly upon arrival, answer questions, and provide clear instructions regarding specimen collection procedures.

Assist with patient check-in processes via kiosk or handheld devices, creating a welcoming environment.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting area to ensure a professional and safe environment.

Support the clinical team by assisting with specimen processing, labeling, and accurate documentation.

Help cover breaks for fellow phlebotomists and lobby staff, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

Follow all safety protocols and healthcare regulations related to specimen collection and patient confidentiality.
