Entry-level pharmacy technicians often face challenges such as learning to manage a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and effectively communicating with both pharmacists and customers. Balancing multiple tasks, like filling prescriptions and handling insurance queries, can be overwhelming at first.
