Our client is one of Michigan's fastest-growing law firms. Our attorneys handle complex litigation, business disputes, appeals, insurance coverage matters, and a broad range of high-stakes legal issues for clients throughout Michigan.We combine the resources and sophistication of a large firm with the agility and entrepreneurial culture of a mid-sized firm. Our attorneys work closely with clients, take ownership of their cases, and gain meaningful litigation experience.Our Client is seeking Associate Attorneys with at least two years of experience. Experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and civil litigation is preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced trial attorneys on challenging matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice law in Michigan

  • Two or more years of legal experience

  • Strong academic credentials

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Preferred Experience:

  • Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation

  • Insurance defense

  • Civil litigation

  • 2+ years of Legal Services experience

  • 2+ years of work experience with Litigation

2+ years of work experience with Depositions
