A prominent plaintiff law firm seeks an experienced personal injury attorney that has handled litigation in asbestos, defective drugs and medical devices, as well as environmental torts-related issues and consumer fraud.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience representing plaintiffs injured by negligent asbestos exposure.
  • Must have experience in the areas of asbestos and/or toxic torts related issues.
  • Significant experience with witness, party and expert deposition practice.
  • Academic excellence.
  • Superior analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to work diligently for firm clients as a leader and on the asbestos litigation team.
  • Licensed in MI;  a NY license is a plus.
