What You'll Do

Intake Sales Specialists will be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, engaging with potential clients via telephone and email to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our legal representation can address those needs. The agent's role is crucial in retaining these potential clients by providing empathetic and professional assistance. They will navigate inquiries with ease, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise with professionalism and efficiency. In this fast-paced call center environment, accuracy is vital as the agent will be responsible for meticulously documenting client information. Success in this role hinges on the sales specialist's ability to connect with clients, adapt to their unique situations, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
