Hughes Home is accepting applications for a PCA at our assisted living facility in Fredericksburg, VA. We are looking for team members with a strong commitment to working together, having clear communication, and facilitating a meaningful life for those who live at the facility. Hughes Home is a family-owned business right in the heart of downtown by the Rappahannock River.
*Entry Level Position: No experience required, but having PCA or CNA license will increase starting pay*
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting Residents in their daily living routines. Duties are performed under the indirect supervision of the Manager, with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop or sit for extended periods.
  • Reliable and dependable with attendance and punctuality.
  • Possesses good character and displays high degree of personal integrity. Displays sincere compassion towards cognitively impaired older adults.
