Hiring: Equipment Coordinator
Plymouth, MN 55442
Day Shift 
Work Mode: Onsite

Looking for an organized and detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to support automation and manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, material coordination, procurement, machine shop, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate materials and parts for automation equipment builds
Track purchase parts and support procurement activities
Organize incoming materials and components
Support engineers with BOM/material verification
Work with technicians to ensure parts availability
Track and resolve missing or incorrect parts
Perform material handling, kitting, and part delivery
Use Excel and PC systems for tracking and coordination

Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
PC proficiency (Excel, Microsoft Office, software navigation)
Parts/material tracking experience
Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments
Comfortable lifting 25–30 lbs and working on feet

Preferred:
Automation or machine shop environment experience
Warehouse/shipping & receiving background
Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify parts
Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, or prints
Tool crib, kitting, or procurement coordination experience

Entry-level candidates with strong PC and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
