ABOUT THE ROLEThe Sales & Service Coordinator is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to learn the commercial truck and trailer repair industry from the inside out. This role sits at the intersection of sales support, customer communication, and service operations. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping coordinate service requests, manage inbound inquiries, support our outside sales team, and ensure a seamless experience from initial call to completed invoice. No prior industry experience is required. We will train the right person who brings hustle, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Answer inbound calls and emails from fleet customers and prospects; route service requests to the appropriate shop or mobile team
      • Create and manage work orders, estimates, and customer records in Fullbay (our shop management system)
      • Communicate repair status updates to customers via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
      • Support outside sales executives by preparing customer proposals, pricing sheets, and account documentation
      • Coordinate scheduling between customers, service advisors, and technicians to minimize fleet downtime
      • Follow up on open estimates, pending approvals, and outstanding invoices
      • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and sales pipeline activity
      • Assist with onboarding new customer accounts, including gathering fleet information and setting up preferred vendor agreements
      • Learn the fundamentals of commercial truck and trailer repair services, parts, and pricing to speak confidently with customers
      • Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating openly and supporting colleagues across departments
