8-Hour Schedule- Pack & Stretch Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Straighten and stretch material into dimensional tolerance.
  • Ensure the correct jaws and plugs for the material to be stretched are used.
  • Use the benchmark tool to determine if the requirements has been met.
  • Keep work area clean
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • Ensure the stencil is correct
  • Ensure orders are packed properly.
  • Ensure the packed boxes are stored
  • Keep the work clean.
  • Ensure the proper personal plant protective equipment is worn.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

8-Hour Schedule- Press Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist set-ups in pulling tools when needed.
  • Assist Press Crew with day to day press needs.
  • Drilling and wiring metal.
  • Assist with press inventory.
  • Maintain die catalog.
  • Relieve/work on run-out tables as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed
