Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Clerk

Pooler, GA • On-site

$19/hr

Full-time

Posted 18 days ago

Job description

1st Shift  ·  Pooler, GA  ·  $18.00/hr to start

Full-Time  ·  General Warehousing / 3PL  ·  Bilingual Required

This isn't your entry-level warehouse posting. We're looking for a Warehouse Clerk who's been around — someone who understands the rhythm of an overseas logistics operation, can communicate clearly across languages, and doesn't need to be told twice how to stay organized under pressure.

Based at our Pooler, GA facility, you'll be the connective tissue between inbound and outbound operations — keeping records tight, communication clear, and the floor running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Process and document inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams using both English and your second language
  • Maintain inventory records and warehouse management system (WMS) entries
  • Prepare shipping documents, BOLs, packing lists, and customs-related paperwork
  • Communicate discrepancies, damages, or delays — clearly and promptly
  • Support physical inventory counts and cycle count processes
  • Keep digital and paper records organized and audit-ready
  • Assist with general warehouse clerk duties as volume and priorities shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We'll be direct — if you don't check these boxes, this probably isn't the right fit:

  • Bilingual is a must: English + Spanish OR English + Mandarin — fluent in both, written and spoken
  • Proficient in computer use and standard office software (Excel, Word, email, WMS platforms)
  • Prior experience in overseas warehouse or freight forwarding operations strongly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership — you catch errors before they cost someone time
  • Reliable, consistent, and steady — we need someone who shows up and follows through
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced 3PL environment where priorities can shift without much notice

COMPENSATION

  • Starting: $18.00/hour starting pay
  • After Probation: $19.00/hour after successful 3-month probation period
  • Experienced Candidates: Negotiable for candidates with strong, directly relevant experience

SCHEDULE

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Location: Savannah (SAV), Georgia

WHY THIS ROLE

You'll be working in a growing 3PL environment where your language skills are genuinely valued — not just listed as a checkbox. If you've got a background in overseas logistics and want a stable, full-time role where your attention to detail actually matters, this is worth your time.

Ready to bring your experience to a team that puts it to use?

Apply today — bilingual candidates with warehouse backgrounds are reviewed first.
