Dental Sterilization Technician

Job Description

Clean and sterilize dental instruments and workstations following industry standards and protocols.
Monitor, operate, and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure proper function.
Stock sterilization supplies and maintain organized work areas.
Support clinical assistants to promote an efficient office workflow.
Adhere to all patient safety and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Salary Range

Full-time $12 - $18 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday to Sunday: Closed

Requirements

No prior experience or formal training required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to follow protocols and work reliably in a team environment.
Basic organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferences

Interest or experience in medical or dental office procedures is a plus.
Understanding of orthodontic practice operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
