Product Development Administrator (Full Time) – Denham Springs, LA
OVERVIEW
As a Product Development Administrator, you will support the planning, coordination, and
execution of product selections and materials used in residential construction. This role offers
hands-on exposure to how design decisions, materials, and operational processes come together
in the field.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate product information,
smooth material flow, and efficient processes, building a strong foundation for a career in
construction management, operations, or project coordination.
JOB DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Coordination amp; Documentation:
    • Maintain and update product information, specifications, and selection records used in construction projects
    • Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards
    • Support organization of product data used by field teams, purchasing, and design
  • Material amp; Sample Coordination:
    • Assist with the coordination and distribution of product samples for internal teams and model homes
    • Follow established processes to ensure materials are tracked and delivered efficiently
    • Help identify and resolve issues related to material availability or distribution
  • Process Improvement amp; Problem Solving:
    • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in product information and work toward resolution
