We have an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Database Administrator – Oracle Fusion Admin/Engineer to join a growing team based out of Minneapolis, MN!
This position is Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) and requires candidates to be local to Minnesota with a valid MN driver’s license.

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration and Engineering for a contract role on their expanding Oracle team. This position plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the Oracle Cloud ecosystem with a strong focus on provisioning, IAM, monitoring, and patch management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environment Management:
    Maintain stability and performance of the Oracle Cloud environment; provision resources as needed.
  • Version Control:
    Manage patches, updates, and upgrades for Oracle Fusion and related Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM):
    Administer user roles, policies, and security protocols per organizational standards.
  • Monitoring & Performance:
    Conduct regular health checks, monitor performance metrics, and optimize cloud resource allocation.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    Proactively resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion, OCI, and OIC to ensure smooth operation.
  • Provisioning:
    Configure and deploy Oracle Fusion, OCI, and OIC instances aligned with project requirements.
  • Documentation:
