Location : 390 North Robert Street, St. Paul, MN 55101 Only Citizen Hybrid 1 Day Onsite 4 Days Remote Description The Senior Data Engineer (Oracle DBA) supports the Metropolitan Council's mission by assisting in the development, maintenance, and documentation of data solutions that power essential public services. This role focuses on Oracle database administration demonstrating core data engineering skills, supporting RAC and Exadata implementations, supporting more junior engineers, and contributing to reliable and secure data workflows. The candidate must have experience writing and tuning complex SQL and stored procedures, experience with security best practices, patching, failover events, backups and disaster recovery, and version upgrades.
