Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time? 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (East of I-35) with regional operations based in Columbia, SC. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL drivers who want a stable career. We provide 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking in the Columbia area, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out in 3 months).
