Your Opportunity:Venture Solutions, a Taylor company,is seeking a3rd Shift Inserting Equipment Operator to join our team in our Monroe, NC location! This is an entry-level position with great opportunity for growth within the company.Venture Solutionsoffers you a clean, well-lit, and safe environment so that you can grow into your full potential!

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Your Shift:

  • 6:00am - 6:00pm; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate inserting equipment in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures
  • Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output
  • Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
  • Check paper for type, size, color and quantity
  • Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality
  • Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates
  • Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment

You Must Have:

  • Ability to constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials
  • Strong attention todetail andbe comfortable working independently
  • Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
  • High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and move inside the facility throughout your entire shift
  • Ability to regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
