The Role:

We're looking for an energetic, driven individual to become our next Operations Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience? No problem. We'll teach you the ropes - you just need to bring the grit, personality, and desire to win. You'll be in charge of identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.

What You'll Do:

Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and contact candidates

Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (we'll teach you how)

Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams

Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized

Hit volume & hiring goals weekly - this is fast-paced work!
