MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of an industry-leading firm in the Wichita area looking for an ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join their growing team. This role bridges the gap between active client management and strategic business-to-business (B2B) consultation, focusing on face-to-face relationship building with business owners. Because our partner firm believes in developing talent organically, we provide an intensive, structured training curriculum from day one—meaning absolutely no prior corporate sales or account management experience is required to apply.

If you have experience in retail management, hospitality, high-volume customer service, athletics, or restaurant operations and want to transition into a corporate, Monday-through-Friday career track, this is your launching pad.

What You'll Do

  • Connect directly with business owners and key decision-makers through professional, in-person consultations.
  • Build, cultivate, and manage long-term corporate client relationships throughout the Wichita metro area.
  • Manage a structured calendar of face-to-face appointments and track your daily pipeline.
  • Guide clients through available service programs and strategic solutions using a consultative approach.
