Why This Internship
As an intern with Textron, you'll gain hands-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills. You'll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways - working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success.
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist with Business Operations team functions including bid and proposal generation and audit, risk management, and master scheduling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with the process improvement opportunities within customer deliverables process.
  • Audit and develop desktop procedures related to Business Operations.
  • Assist with bid development and peer review on new proposals.
  • Participate in risk management, proposal scheduling, and execution scheduling activities as required.
  • Audit Records Retention activities as they apply to Defense Aftermarket.
  • Interface with Program Managers, Project Managers, Contracts personnel, and Finance personnel as required to fulfill Business Operations requests.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Aircraft Management, or related field
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Professional and diplomatic demeanor
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to deal with change and work in a dynamic environment
