Friends For Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time Driver & Operations Assistant for the campaign of New York State's first female Governor, Kathy Hochul. The role combines transportation and administrative tasks to ensure the candidate stays on schedule and the campaign runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Safe and punctual transport of candidate
  • Coordinate timing with scheduler and event leads
  • Maintain vehicle and supplies for travel
  • Communicate delays or route issues to stakeholders
  • Perform office inventory, data entry, and mail sorting
  • Prepare briefing materials
  • Follow security protocols
  • Utilize downtime between events to complete administrative tasks
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have safe and reliable vehicle and driver's license
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quick problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Previous professional driving or campaign experience is a plus
