Job Summary
Hiring an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations for a busy mental health + med spa / wellness clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations (scheduling, patient flow, staff coverage)

  • Supervise front desk, medical assistants, and support staff

  • Handle hiring, training, and performance management

  • Track KPIs (revenue, retention, utilization)

  • Oversee billing, payments, and basic financials
