Job Summary
Hiring an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations for a busy mental health + med spa / wellness clinic.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations (scheduling, patient flow, staff coverage)
Supervise front desk, medical assistants, and support staff
Handle hiring, training, and performance management
Track KPIs (revenue, retention, utilization)
Oversee billing, payments, and basic financials
Ensure compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, NY regulations)
Maintain strong client experience and resolve issues
Manage EMR, CRM, scheduling, and clinic systems
Requirements
3+ years of healthcare or med spa management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience with EMR/CRM systems
Ability to manage staff, operations, and performance metrics
Nice to Have
Med spa, dermatology, or wellness experience
Experience with memberships or sales
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
