We are a dynamic manufacturing company seeking a dedicated Legal Operations Manager to join our legal team. This entry level role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters while interacting with business teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with routine corporate governance and global business matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with global business team leaders to gather input and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Support trademark-related matters, including filings, renewals, and monitoring, with a willingness to develop expertise in this area if not already proficient.
  • Handle correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills.
