Job description

Overview

This is a Systems & Integration Analyst role that supports the technology and integration needs of the PLCI Brokerage operation, with a primary focus on onboarding and supporting EDI trading partners through the organization’s EDI SaaS platform. The role will assists with EDI testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing partner support, while also fielding system and integration issues, supporting application configurations, and coordinating resolution across business teams, technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting stakeholders ranging from frontline employees to senior leadership. 


Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding of EDI trading partners through the organization’s EDI SaaS platform.
  • Support EDI transaction testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing partner maintenance.
  • Assist with basic integration rules and develop knowledge of EDI X12 transaction formats.
  • Field and troubleshoot system, integration, data, and configuration issues supporting Brokerage Operations.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across business teams, technical teams, external stakeholders, and technology vendors.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, configurations, process improvements, and production validation.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders ranging from frontline employees to Senior Director level leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
