Support Hines’ global fundraising and efforts of the Private Wealth Solutions Capital Markets Group with a focus on due diligence activities related to active and future investment vehicles. Respond to current and prospective investor inquiries and due diligence requests in support of capital raising and investor retention efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Private Wealth Solutions Due Diligence team in operational and daily business matters.
  • Respond to due diligence questionnaires (“DDQs”), requests for information (“RFIs”), and investor and consultant inquiries.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and other research and prepare materials and reports to support capital raising efforts and fund management teams.
  • Effectively communicate specific details about Hines’ past, current and prospective investment vehicles.
  • Create critical documents and other communications, ensuring appropriate messaging for meetings with prospective and current investors.
  • Responsibilities may also include responding to industry surveys, updating consultant profiles and databases, and data room management.

Minimum Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of related experience, particularly within institutional real estate, in investment management, investor relations, research, financial analysis, or consulting role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret various types of data from a strategic point of view in order to draw conclusions and solve problems.
  • Perform numerical and financial calculations and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Understanding of basic real estate terms and concepts, as well as institutional investment vehicles, preferred.
  • Compensation: $100,000 - $133,600; Salary will depend on level of experience and title.
