As a Financial Due Diligence Director you will lead and manage complex financial due diligence engagements, focusing on transactions involving private equity groups and corporate buyers and sellers. You will develop and deliver high-quality planning approaches, identify business opportunities, and enhance go-to-market strategies while leading teams to foster trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff. Additionally, you will utilize proven business development skills to build upon transaction advisory services work and consistently exceed client expectations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversees multiple diligence engagements.
  • Advises clients on transaction risks.
  • Mentors managers and directors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful track record of building and growing a Transaction Advisory Service Practice.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
