As a SSA, you will be mentored by experienced Sales Managers that will equip you with the resources and tools to successfully engage new and existing prospects, schedule appointments with customers and partner with sales consultants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to clearly articulate DPL products and services to prospects and clients via phone calls and emails.Contact new and existing prospects from established leads databaseSet appointments and participate in onboarding calls/meetings to inform business to business customers about DPL products and servicesMaintain and monitor membership opportunities within the Salesforce platformProvide support to your team by using our technology to find better solutions for clients.Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Operations support team to ensure completeness and accuracy of applicationsPartner with sales consultants to enhance territory management and product sales knowledgeLearn DPL's systems, sales model, and carrier productsIf you do not already have them, you will be required to obtain state life and health licenses, SIE, and Series 6 and 63 licensing.Qualifications:Possess an excellent work ethic and a strong desire to learn and succeedClear and persuasive communication in both positive and negative situationsComfortable on the phone for periods of time communicating with prospects.
