Job Description:

As a Financial Analyst, Primary responsibilities consist of financial analysis of strategic business units and internal functional groups to enhance sales and profitability. Duties include annual budget preparation and monthly variance analysis of sales and expenses for assigned operating groups. Serving as financial support for these groups entails providing regular written commentary which summarizes results and highlights areas of concern and/or opportunities for improvement. Developing sound working relationships with key members of assigned teams will lead to ad hoc projects such as financial evaluation of products/initiatives proposed by the team and creating custom reports which effectively distill critical information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA a plus but not required

  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter and takes initiative
