Ocean Spray is hiring EntryLevel Production Resources Technicians for night shift at our Wisconsin Rapids Production Plant-this is more than just a job; it's a chance to build a real career. You'll start at $22.50/hour plus a $1.25/hour night shift differential, with training and opportunities to move into higherpaying roles and potentially transition to day shift as openings come up. This is a fulltime, yearround position on a 12hour 223 schedule (4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.), which means you get Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week. You'll work indoors in a fastpaced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability.

Position Overview:

Primary responsibilities include maintaining, cleaning and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.). Other duties include but are not limited to screening final product to ensure there is no foreign material, creating appropriate documentation; operation of extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment; and performing quality tests.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP's and Operating guidelines and rules.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12-hour shift and assist on other shifts as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
