We're looking for a full time Yard Crew Member to join our passionate team of professionals! This will be for the PM shit, This role operates out of our Congers, NY headquarters and will support our Yard Foreman and team. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate who is seeking professional experience in a growing, exciting company!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the Congers, NY grounds as well as staged plant material.
  • Grouping plant material together that is scheduled for each installation run scheduled the following day. This also includes hard goods, soil and mulch.
  • Tracking extra or backordered materials, and advise/work closely with the Outdoor Purchaser.
  • Daily maintenance of all in-stock plant material. This includes pruning, fertilizing, watering, and unwrapping any plant material that may be tied up.
  • Working closely with the Yard Team Supervisors and Foreman to ensure excellent organization, communication and quality control.
