Entry-level nonprofit data professionals often encounter challenges such as managing incomplete or inconsistent data, learning nonprofit-specific databases, and balancing multiple projects with limited resources. To address these, it's helpful to develop strong attention to detail, proactively seek training on commonly used tools like Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge, and communicate regularly with team members to clarify priorities.
