Associated Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a CSR/Dispatcher!

Position Summary

The CSR/Dispatcher will maintain communication with technicians, coordinate the dispatch board, and manage incoming service calls. This position is responsible for maintaining field technician schedules, ensuring timely communication with customers, and coordinating prompt responses for routine maintenance and emergency service calls.

Rate of Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Location: 90330 Hwy 99N, Eugene, OR 97402

Essential Job Functions

  • Dispatch technicians accordingly using ServiceTitan
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate technician schedules and manage the dispatch board
  • Prioritize urgent and emergency service calls
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by providing technicians with detailed and accurate customer and job information
  • Identify and resolve scheduling and service issues affecting customers and technicians
  • Follow up on after-hours calls daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

This is a non-exempt position. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the business. Overtime may be required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of dispatch experience preferred; candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant dispatch experience will be considered
  • HVAC and Electrical service-dispatch experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent active listening abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in stressful situations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, customers, and team members
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Work Environment

Standard office environment with shared common space and individual workspaces with dividers.
