    Your Responsibilities

    We are accepting applicants that are recent graduates with limited full-time work experience. If selected, you will be on our Customer Support team, and here's what we'll count on you to do:

    • Become an expert - You will receive ongoing training and will learn about the Internet, computer security, consumer marketing, and customer support.
    • Deliver happiness - You will help FixMeStick customers over phone and email to answer their questions, troubleshoot, and solve any FixMeStick-related problems.
    • Continue to grow - You will discover many career opportunities to grow at FixMeStick and we will help you take them on.
