**Key Responsibilities**
- **Freight Operations & Execution**
- Jump into the action by coordinating and executing shipments from pickup through delivery
- Keep your finger on the pulse-monitor load progress and share updates, flag delays, or tackle issues head-on
- Be the problem-solver who resolves service hiccups quickly and professionally
- **Systems & Process Management**
- Get hands-on with load details in our internal systems (including Transport Pro)
- Keep everything crystal clear across customer portals and tracking tools-accuracy is your superpower
- Stay organized by ensuring all shipment documentation is complete and ready to go
- **Communication & Collaboration**
